Sitemap
Based on Client input & research, Designer will create a clickable sitemap utilizing Client content (where available). Client & Designer will have online/live access to sitemap for review & comments. Samples shown for reference only.

- timely written feedback
Additional revisions will be billed separately.
Wireframes
Following sign-off of sitemap, Designer will create schematics of UI (User Interface) elements. Samples shown for reference only.
Designer deliverables:
- 3 Responsive Edition Sets:
- handheld mobile (home page + interior page)
- tablet mobile, vertical (home page + interior page)
- laptop/desktop/horizontal (home page + interior page)
- up to 2 rounds of revisions
Client deliverables:

Moodboard
Creative collection of fonts/colors/textures/images to convey site “mood” to Client based input from Creative Brief and Designer research. Sample shown for reference only.

- 1 mood board/concept (jpg/pdf with notes)

Prototype
Live development site
Following sign-off of sitemap, wireframes & moodboard, Designer will proceed to create WordPress prototype of key site page(s) for testing UI and client evaluation. Prototype will available for Client review on Designer’s development site (http://azzcatdevelopment.com/*ClientDevSite*). Sample shown for reference only.
Designer deliverables:
- HTML/CSS/jQuery widget-ready WordPress theme with standard template files
- testing in modern browsers (FF, Chrome, Safari & Opera) and various browser sizes (phone, tablet, desktop)
- up to 2 rounds of revisions
- following sign-off, applying necessary edits to code for functionality in less capable browsers (IE 8 & 9)
Client deliverables:
- timely written feedback
Additional pages or revisions will be billed separately.
Specialty templates (ie: forms, multiple custom pages, etc.) may be billed separately. Custom scripting, PHP and Flash will be an additional charge based on requirements/purchases/outside programming rates.

Implementation
Following prototype sign-off, Designer will upload and implement WP theme to Client’s server. Designer will post client content, upload assets, set up menus, plugins and user permissions. Sample shown for reference only.
Designer deliverables:
- put client site into maintenance mode
- install new theme
- install/configure plugins
- upload content:
- image, graphic, video assets
- post and page content
- configure menus
- browser test
- return to live (non-maintenance) mode
Client deliverables:
- timely written feedback
Additional plugins and custom configurations will be billed separately.
WordPress Training
Installation of Premium Video User Manuals. These include dozens of short video tutorials for WordPress use, as well as detailed downloadable PDF instructions. Up-to-date information. Price includes 1-3 custom videos, as necessary.
DNS Transfer & Hosting
This is a timed service due to the differences (both technical & service-oriented) between hosting companies. Designer will recommend hosting services, based on Client’s requirements. Client will purchase hosting directly from hosting company and supply Designer with login information. This maintains independent site ownership for Client. Designer will bill hourly, invoiced at month’s end.
Maintenance & Support
Pre-paid monthly maintenance for up to 2 hours of Designer’s time. Includes:
- WP & plugin updates
- WP cleanup of post revisions, table overhead & spam comments
- weekly database backups
Note: additional maintenance & support available at Designer’s hourly rate, invoiced at month’s end.
