screen shots of old and new pjm organs sites

This long-running project is a complete redesign of the orginal site, built in 1999 (left-most screen shot). Long story short, the old site was limping along with horrible SEO, poor usability, & outdated code. (And not so pretty, either!)

Much of the original site’s 192 pages were built with unsearchable image files for copy, rather than proper HTML content. The new site's number of pages was reduced to 92, even though total content was increased roughly 10 times. Thoughtful UI design and site organization make the new content-rich site a far superior user experience. W3C standards-compliant design, XHTML/CSS coding, and organic SEO make the site a far superior marketing tool for the client.

This project is a stellar example of close client collaboration, careful attention to detail, and custom design—the antithesis of common off-the-shelf templates—the kind of work that sets apart Azzcat Design.

MyRuckus, a revolutionary service offering email, hosting, social networking and collaboration for schools and non-profits needed it all—from full identity development, web, print & presentation materials. Azzcat Design brought the original logo idea to a higher level, developing individual, yet cohesive logotypes for each branch of the MyRukus family, reflecting the exuberance of the MyRuckus philosophy.

Next up was the online presence for marketing & communication. Azzcat Design created a vibrant & energetic flash intro and website, building the branding theme and optimizing site information for SEO. Creative copy-writing for this site was supplied by Genevieve J. Long, PhD.

Stay tuned to watch as this project develops into a multi-media presentation over 2008!

Maid in the USA website capture

The client had a web page that was not performing, due to lack of SEO, and an unprofessional look. Azzcat Design redesigned the site to better reflect the company’s quality and high standards and, most importantly, by incorporating organic SEO within the site. Proper tagging, keyword use, and improved content writing saved this client the expense of a separate SEO builder—and gave the client a beautiful site! W3C XHTML Strict & CSS valid.

The client needed a website. Azzcat Design needed to learn web design. What fun! Azzcat Design developed the site design & edited content, putting together a simple site using W3C best practices. The lush scenery of St. Petersburg dictated a colorful site with Russian scrollwork and rich color palette. No prefab templates here—all is custom coded XHTML & CSS.
