Design Experience

Catherine Azzarello, principal of Azzcat Design, has over 20 years of graphic design experience. Before moving to the Portland Metro area in 1996, she spent years building her portfolio (and culinary tastes) on projects ranging from identity/branding to business presentation materials and retail packaging in Chicago. While parenting 3 children, Catherine has served as an active community volunteer, utilizing her exceptional art, graphic, & culinary skills.

Along with the growth of the internet, Catherine broadened her skill set to include website design. Training as a painter and years as a designer give her websites a richness of form and color not offered by DIY web template programs. Additionally, Catherine follows W3C best practice guidelines, producing websites with XHTML Strict coding, CSS, organic SEO and Flash animation.
